Rocks--aquarium deco.

I went to Home Depot but could not find any rocks.

Just noticed they have a bunch of stuff....which I don't know their purpose.
did you try looking in the gardening center?

Look for places that do just landscaping. They should have landscape rock, slate, and many more. There are several places here in town. Some Home Depots or Menards will have them, but probably not. Just look for places that do landscaping jobs.

I like large rocks and those aren't something I can easily find around here, so I order them from Black Pearl Soapstone in Charlottesville, VA.

I would like to have something like that. One large rock as the center piece with a smaller sized one plus small pieces or chunks. I even considered driving the 2+ hours to pick up some ricks from Black Pearl Soapstone in Charlottesville, VA (but then the shipping $ will become gas $) :duh:

But I dunno if I want to buy a whole set as you have done. Never though rocks could be so expensive. And just to think they come from nature. Do you have any that you want to sell for a good price?
I'm located in VA also.

I did try the gardening center section, that was the first place I headed to, no luck. Thank you though.

Thanks, you got me the name and even did a search for me.

I'll be giving them a call soon.

Thank you again.

I've got a local mineral/fossil store that sells chunks of slag glass that look great in the tank
