A large piece of wood in a small tank has much more ability to cause problems, compared to the same piece in a river or pond

what about a tree in a small pond and a small root in a 10 gallon. same senerio
 
do a search in the classifieds. There was a guy a while back who had tons of excellent pieces. He had a website, but right off the top of my head I can't remember it. He was seliing a lot of pieces rthough and his buyers were really happy with what they got. Look into it.
