we just added a rose bubbletip anemone for our maroon clowns tonight , the arrowcrab was just poking at it ??? will it hurt it , should i remove the crab????

you should be fine, inverts will always "poke" at stuff. When they start shoveling it in their mouths I would start worrying. I have a peppermint shrimp that always climbs on my feather duster, and the feather duster doesn't seem to mind too much.
Crustaceans can sometimes develop a taste for corals and anemones, and arrow crabs have a particularly bad reputation. I'd keep an eye on it.
