I have a 29 gallon tank currently housing 6 Emperor Tetras and 2 Keyhole Cichlids. I'd like some advice on what else to add.

I definitely need to add some bottom dwellers, but I can't decide what kind. I'm thinking either 1-2 Peckoltia vittata OR 3-4 Otos and 3-4 Zebra Loaches. Not a big fan of Corys, but if that's the most sensible way to go they're not out of the question.

Finally, after adding an appropriate number of bottom dwellers from those options, would I be maxed out or would I have room for anything else? If I still had room, I was thinking either a school of about 8 Espe Rasboras or a smaller amount (4-6?) of either Cherry Barbs or Odessa Barbs.

1 type of bottom dweller, and nothing more. just get one pleco if you want one, because plecos are pretty territorial, or 3 otos or 2 zebra loaches would most likely work, as well as 5 of most species of cories.
