A couple questions:

1) How long does it take for the ich spots to fall off? I've noticed quite a few on the rummy-nose are gone (a couple remain). Still no sign of it going away on the rams. The one spot on the guppy is gone. Just give it time? Its not going away fast enough  . Temps at 84 and am a little afraid of going higher. I'm somewhere around 2tsp/g but don't have a test for salinity. I've had this full treatment since Saturday, yesterday I put the temp up higher in hopes of them falling off sooner.

2) One of the rummy-nose fins (the little fin close to the tail on top) seems to be sort of fuzzy white. I'm pretty sure its not just a bunch of ich spots...it just looks different. Is this some kind of fungal infection? Maybe from the stress of a new home and having had ich? Will it go away on its own? Will the salt help?

So it seems any remaining ich spots fell off last night. However, now it has become apparent that my rams do not have ich. It is sort of a white fuzzy stuff on their fins, one is just around the edges, the other ram has some patches on the fin. The one rummy I mentioned seems to be the same thing on that back top fin. Is this a stress related fungus? Will it clear on its own?

It's likely the bacteria columnaris often confused as fungus. An open spot created by parasites is ideal for bacteria to gain a foothold on a fish. Most treatments for "fungus" work against these bacteria due to the confusion between the two. Cotton-mouth is another name for the same critter.

Doubtful that with all that is going on in the tank it will clear on its own.

The life cycle of ich at 84 degrees is a matter of a couple/few days. The white spot you see is only one stage of that cycle so it is very doubtful that if the spot remained for more than a few days, it was ich at all.
