Rummy nose tetras

The Cardinal Tetra's are doing great, the reason I only have 2 is due to Ich brought in by new Cardinals from my local LFS (25 miles away). Now that I have a healthy tank again, after losing my beauties, I went to get some aquascaping supplies for the new 55 and saw those Rummies. It makes sense that if my Cardinals always did good before the Ich, that the Rummies would do well also.

I'll give it a try, and I always acclimate my fishies pretty slow, I know it must be stressful for them.

Thanks all, I'll keep ya posted on the new tank and get some pics in soon.

:dance Finally, the cycle is making progress! :dance

Checked this morning, 3 weeks today of cycle. Ammonia is 2-3 ppm and now I have Nitrites, .25. I know that I am much closer to getting new fishies.

Here is a picture of the new fishless cycling tank. The white media bag behind the driftwood is gravel from the established tank.

Hope ya'll like it!

The thread will not let me attach a picture bigger than this. If anyone knows a trick to attaching larger images, please let me know.

Thanks

Thanks fishyguy! Yep, its just a background, I like the natural look as well. I did the one coral looking rock with the airstone just to add some color and character.

Do you know how to post larger images in here?

Hmmm well I never had problems, so I cannot tell you how to fix it. Was the picture larger before you posted it? Whenever I've posted a pic, it was always the same size that it was in "my pictures" folder on my PC.

Yeh, I had to resize it. I had to take it down to the 63 KB. I'll keep trying!
