Rummynose Tetra Behaviour

Rummy nose tetras do better in larger groups. I understand your frustration with this though since what you are saying is that they are just about impossible to find in your area. Have you tried ordering them online such as Drs. Foster and Smith?

Well, I just went to check and they are all doing OK so far. Kind of hard to see as the lights are off, but it looks like they have some color back in their nose and tails. I drip acclimated them while I carried out the WC on the other tanks, fingers crossed all goes well with this batch.

I will be worried for at least the next week though, as its usually 1 a day that I end up losing. Hopefully this time things will work out better. I think the 4 in my 55G already know something is up as they appear to be out and about more than usual.
