Okay i dont want to get like the big tank because it scares me lol so i want something small i saw a 30 dollar one at the store today (Big als) but i do not know anything about them expect its good to have it when u have plants (but not manditory) so can someone help me
:confused::confused:

That is DIY co2 and a reactor for pressurized co2. If you want to go pressurized I would look into a 5 lb co2 tank for size and all the accesories, regulator, diffusor, drop checker etc.

Separate out your micro sword into little plugs and plant them evenly, they will spread faster.

thanks for the help so wait should i get that co2 thing for this size tank 29 gallon? for these types of plants whats it do? keep them healthy? grow faster? idk much about co2 with plants

OK....

co2 is used by all plants to respirate and as a by product release oxygen, thus injecting co2 into our aquariums provides a more suitable environment for plants to grow.

Do It Yourself (DIY) co2 is using yeast in a bottle to produce co2 to inject into your tank. It is not very consistent typically and yields only a small amount of co2. Its cheap and easy, thats why most folks start there.

Pressurized co2 is consistent, easily controllable and usually really reliable. the down side is price with it costing around $200 USD to get all the parts necessary.

co2 is helpful on ALL planted tanks.

That is DIY co2, I would be willing to bet one probably wouldnt do you a lot of benefit on your tank, 2 would probably be better.
