Safe to use Super Glue?

The super glue gel is the best type to use, cyanoacrylate based as this is not toxic to fish

you can use the super glue gel underwater. It does not have to be dry. I have glued coral polyps to rock with it underwater many times.

I remember hearing superglue is activated by water
so it bonds instantly to skin but takes forever to dry on its own
