hi
could i add a big clumpin handful of java moss to my "land" tiger salamander tank...would it live if i remember to REALLY give it a few good sprays through out the day?..(i spray the tank a few time a day anyway)..
-thanks so much :spam:

javamoss (plz yell at me if i got two mosses confused) from what ive heard is able to live on land, and will adapt to it over a short period of time, it may even grow better on land, ive used moss in my frog terrarium, i just went to a nearby creek and gathered the moss off of some nearby rocks, but yes moss dries out VERY fast, it would help to have a nice layer of mud under the moss that you always keep wet, as well as spraying once or twice a day!
