Hey, i was wonderin what the proper salinity points or whatever are in my tank. This is really a second question about it becasue my LFS used a fractometer. I said it was at 1.28, and when he used his refractometer it was like 1.24-1.26. He sayed it was good. Is this right?

What did you use to get your number? Swing hydrometers tend to be off by a small amount--but reliably so. If your hydrometer reads 1.028 and the refractometer gives 1.025, then you know your hhydrometer is off by +.003, and should just always take that into acount. And yes, 1.024-1.025 is a great target range for salinity.
