There was a poll recently, as someone mentioned though any of the major brands will work for a FO or FOWLER. For reefs you may want to beef up to a reef salt for extra elements.

I use a 50/50 mix of IO and Oceanic

Instant Ocean for me but switching to Reef Crystals as I intend on starting to buy Corals sometime in the not so near future.
