Salt or not (plants and fish)

Here is our water quality report. I love the way they make the numbers not look so bad by listing the low reading which occur about 2 times out of the year whereas the high readings are pretty much the norm. Notice the last item at the bottom TDS and the high reading which is about right.

Sodium- 140 ppm
Chloride- 5.6 ppm

This is all AFTER treatment.

...and adding ferts increases TDS even more.
