Saltwater Conversion

Wow that is fantastic.. lucky duck!! or lucky fish.. haha..
I love the shape and neatness of it.. definately want to see more pictures as you set it up.
Take your time research your fish your angels will eat your neons, neons are a hard fish because it's hard to put fish with them that wont eat them, and angels are hard because they are so territorial and eat other fish.. lol..
Have you seen severums I dont' know much about them but they are beautiful.
Angels are beatiful too reasearch what kinds of fish can go with them... I don't have as big a tank as you so i'm sure there are a lot of options.
What about brackish fish, they require just a little salt again you would have to have a good look as to what kinds are out there gobbies look pretty cool but again I dont' know too much about them.
Good Luck.. happy tank making.. :dance2:

One of the guys at the pet store suggested the Angels and the Neons. I am glad that someone told me that the Angels would eat them.

I will need to cycle the tank for a month or 2 so I will have time to come up with a good combination with the help of the kind people on this board.:dance2:

I use to keep angels with rasboras. Rasboras are close in size to neon's. If you raise angels from the time they are small they will leave the neon's alone. I had a pair of angles and a dozen or so rasboras.

I really want to have a tank of cichlids but I am nervous because I have heard that they take lots of work.

Are they much more difficult than other FW fish?
