Well i dont think it is a rock or flower anemone judging on the pictures. My anemones are both the same looking to me, they both have purple tips, the same size, both sink themselves into the sand. the only difference is that ones brown and the other is white. the white aenemone is now eating and i am sure that hes ment to be white. i have and still have a white anemone who has now turned peach in colour and is doing great.
Are you sure that one is Heteractis crispa and the other Macrodactyla doreensis because my anemones have short tenticles and in the pictures i saw they have super long tenticles is it because they are still young?
