I know its not my post, but I have a q, would a reverce ugf be okay? I've heard sand can compress and become a solid mass on the aquarium bottom. is this only certain types of sand? how do you prevent it?

I was under the impression ( how I got it, who knows) that a whisper would suck it up. ****. and I just put gravel in a new 20. oh well.
