Ok so i changed my substarte from CC to DSB and i had a big ol milkshake effect hahaha, I then decided to put in my live rock so that the bacteria would get produced al il faster and have it help the milkshake effect. But lil did i know that when i did this and the sand started to get heavy enough it settled on my rocks :( now im scared of moving the rocks b/c i thnk that its gonna milk up again. what should i do, Take the rocks out and let the rest of the cloud go away withoug my rocks in there or should i jsut leave it be until my water is crystal clear then take out the rocks and rinse them with a power head and some freshly made salt water??? thnx

Take a baster, and use it to gently clear the sand away from teh rocks. Shouldn't take much, and if you do small sections at a time, starting at the top, you'll get it all cleared away in a few days. You may need to repeat this process a few times, but eventually all the sand will be off the rock.

so i assume its not a bad thing that there is sand on the rock? I mean if the rock will be ok then i will jsut let the sand completely settle then do it when i know i wont create a big old sand storm(milkshake) hahah

tru dat :) i did some of the dustin off i will do the rest tomrow morinig when the water is alil more clear :) thnx
