Nice. How easy does it attach to the wood?

Hi, thanks for the compliment. The moss can be tied with thread or fishing line onto driftwood like other mosses. Here's a photo of the full tank. It's a little out of focus I am afraid. What I am trying to create is a place where an old moss forrest meets the open grassland. Please feel free to comment.

Can you tell us the particular variety of them that you're using?
There are many and also many that will not live long in a submerged environment.

The fissidens was brought in from Taiwan a couple of years ago. It was originally in emmersed form but was then successfully adapted and grown in submerge form in my tank. It has been growing in my tank for over a year now so I guess this species can be grown submerged. However, I can’t be sure of the exact species that is growing in my tank.

That fissidens is a moss? Looks like a vascular plant with leaves to me...?

Can you provide some particulars on what it takes to grow this plant? Lighting, ferts, water conditions, etc?

I'd like to get some, just want to be sure I can grow it.
