Scare tactics?

my mom is in end stage cancer, her life has been nothing but horrible pain, and constant sadness. I would honestly avoid cancer anyway I can. I guess when you watch someone you love suffer so badly, you think about life differently

I've been to that site before. It's such a chemical world, but you need sunscreen! You can't stress about this stuff, it touches us every day. From the time we get up in the morning, we innundate ourselves with lots and lots of chemical products. Toothpaste, shampoo, soap, deoderant. perfumes, makeup, hair products, clothing, food additives, vitamins....yes even vitamins. Most vitamins are not natural products but created via chemical processing. I worked for the largest vitamin c plant in the world...and no, there were no orange rinds anywhere!

Lol! You could always sunscreen the old fashioned way. Go roll around in a mud hole!

Guess what? LIVING causes cancer. Every breath you take could carry some tiny particle that will eventually kill you. Radiation is constantly coursing through your body. Every bite of food you eat brings more free radicals into your body, slowly breaking down the very things you depend on most. Every time you loose the tiniest skin cell, another one is made, increasing the likelihood that a genetic error will occur.
You will die.
I'm not saying that we shouldnt be careful about these kinds of things, but you can go overboard too. Worry about the big stuff, and forget about the small stuff.

:iagree: Everything seems to cause cancer these days. I plan on being careful but not to the point of paranoia. We all will die someday, but until I do, I plan on LIVING!!

Okay, so if you avoid using sunscreen because of carcinogens, and you get a sunburn, which, if I'm not mistaken, increases your likelihood of getting skin cancer. Sounds like you're screwed either way.

just a side note for you

guess what they make with the disposed deepfryer oil that restaurants put in the oil collection bins once it is past use-MAKEUP

personally we dont deepfry in my restaurant
