Schooling Fish for 15gallon Community Tank?

Copeland's tetras are what I have... if you can find them, though. I have 6 in my 15. They're pretty rare tho, but it's another option. They are closely related to bleeding heart tetras.

Because ifv you go with another species of schooling fish then you are going to be adding at least six more fish...IMO you really need a few more neons...In the wild schooling fish like tetras school in groups of hundreds. If you get another species of six then you will be overstocked in my opinion....I would just add to the group you already have and make it a large school rather than have two small schools.

well if I add another type of fish I'd be replacing the ones that I have....not having 2 types

Gold tetras stay small and are pretty. Mine don't seem to school super tight though. Harlequin rasboras are small and school tightly and are very common/inexpensive.

probably...they won't tell the difference.

Yep, Neons and Cardinals can't tell the difference between each other.
