This is what happens when you're bored...lists!!!
Tetras:
bleeding hearts (H. erythrotigma)
buenos aires (H. anisitsi)
black phantom (H. megalopterus)
black/white skirt (G. ternetzi)
bloodfin (A. anisitsi)
blue emperor (I. kerri)
cardinal (P. axelrodi)
congo (P. interruptus)
diamond (M. pittieri)
emperor (N. palmeri)
false rummynose (P. georgiae)
flag (H. heterorhabdus)
glowlight (H. erythrozonus)
head and tail light (H. ocellifer)
lemon (H. pulchripinnis)
penguin (T. boehlkei)
red eye
(M. sanctaefilomenae)
rummynose (H. rhodostomus or bleheri)
von rio/flame (H. flammeus)
*I'm sure there are some species on this list in particular that are either "iffy" when mixed with angels as they're smaller and/or sleek in body shape (ie cardinals) or just not included at all. I tried to go with the "more popular" species but I could see myself missing some of the obvious...
Barbs:
checker (P. oligolepis)
cherry (P. titteya)
gold (P. semifasciolatus var. schuberti)
odessa (P. terio)
pentazona/five band (P. pentazona)
redline/topedo/roseline shark (P. demasonii)
*With the barbs I tried to stick with smaller species as they tend to be less boisterous. Only reason I then put the demasonii in is because they are on the more timid side and I've seen a large setup housing them along with both discus and angels before. So it can be done.
Danios/Rasboras:
barred danio (De. pathirana)
bengal danio (De. devario)
brilliant/blackline rasbora (R. borapetensis)
harlequin rasbora (T. heteromorpha)
leopard danio (Da. rerio var frankei)
pearl danio (Da. albolineatus)
queen danio (De. regina)
scissortail rasboras(R. trilineata)
zebrafish (Da. rerio)
*Danio taxonomy is confusing...
Hatchetfish:
blackwinged (C. marthae)
common (G. stemicla)
marbeled (C. strigita)
silver (G. levis)
*Their odd shape makes it less likely they'll become snacks. I still would not risk dwarf or pygmies though.
Corydoras:
*Take your pick...literally...

Loaches:
bengal/queen (B. dario)
dwarf chain (Y. sidthimunki)
kuhli (P. kuhlii as well as others in the genus)
polka dot/burmese/angelicus (B. kubotai)
yoyo/pakistani (B. almorhae)
zebra (B. striata)
*I honestly dont know much about the larger (5-7") loaches so I may have listed some species that are just too active for most angels. Please let me know!
Rainbowfish:

*I don't see any noticeable problems with any specific species.
