I have some honeys now in a 55 quaranting to go into my 120. i have 3 males and 6 females and they do not really hang out together. Gouramies just aren't that kind of fish. Your best bet would be to get one to two males (no more in a tank that size) and 4-6 females (females would be a must, hopefully you can find them). This would be your best chance to get what you want.

I got a Giant Gold that hates other gourami, He has to be the boss of all the others.

IME, a male/female pair of dwarf gourami will always stick together/follow each other around.
Let me suggest you get 2 females and 1 male.

Let me point out the fact that, this was over a year ago, and, all my drawf gouramies are now deceased. Actually, I had the reverse of that, 2 males (a normal drawf and a powder blue) and a female (powder blue, the two powder blues were the ones who paired up). However, I had no problems with keeping a pair together, and had them together well before getting the second male, so I don't see a need to have a trio. I can't remember if I had any problems with the male drawf other than it getting beat up by my three spot (didn't know any better at the time).

It has been more than a year since I had Dwarf Gouramis. I had 2 males, a regular one and a Neon Blue. I also had 2 females. My regular male Dwarf Gourami was always wanting to be the master of the tank and would chase away the other Neon Blue male. I no longer have them but that was my experience with them and I would definately get more females if I was to keep Dwarf Gouramis again.

What are the chances of Dwarf Gouramies breeding?

If I'm not mistaken, in a community tank, the chances are slim to none, and the pair needs a seperate tank to themselves in order to get them to breed.
