Will blackskirt tetras and whiteskirt tetras school together? :read:

probably. in the wild, many similar species (if not by appearance, then by activity and habits) will school together. In my aquarium, I've had white cloud minnows and flying whisker barbs school together even though they were totally different sizes and colors.

don't know if white skirts and black skirts are the same species, but they're very similar, so I'd guess yes they would.

I have 4 mollys of different types and colors-they all tend to run around together.

Same with my corys-4 different types, all hangin' together.

Wierdest thing is the guppy who follows the orange molly around; reminds me of a shark with it's remora...

thats how my 3 black skirts were with my angel (my dad sid that they looked like the TIE fighters on an X-Wing in Star Wars lol)... probably beacuse his color are along the same lines as theirs lol... until i got 3 more, and now they keep to themselves in their little "clique" lol
