I'm a little new to this chemistry stuff. So if I want to raise KH then PH goes along in proportion? My tap is at 7.2 ph, but the GH/KH is 1-2 degrees.
So I can add epsom salts or Seachem Equilibrium to bring up the GH. Should I just leave alone the KH?
Thought it was a good idea to raise both GH and KH to around 4-5, but dont want to spike the PH in the process.
Right now the fish and plants seem relatively happy. So just talking about fine tuning the environment into slightly more normal ranges.
