Fed up now....I simply can not stand the one capfull equals "x" amount. For smaller tanks go by the thread of the cap. Well...that sure is easier said than done.

If using a dropper....what in the world or basically how many drops would you use to dose 10 and 20g tanks?

Is there a certain type of dropper or syringe that I can get and go by MLs?

Thx

All Seachem bottles used to come with a 1 mL pipette inside (popped out at me as I unscrewed the cap and scared the living daylights out of me the first time). Too bad they don't do that anymore, I think it's very cheap of them. But, you can definitely buy 1 to 5 mL syringes at pharmacies or in the drug section of department stores. I have a little 5 mL one that looks like a turkey baster complete with rubber bulb, so cute!

My problem is eyeballing the cap thread to know exactly where I should be at.

I actually bought one of the small Prime dropper bottles for my smaller tanks. Just refill it from my large bottles when empty.

cap holds 5mls so you dont really have to eye ball the threads just break it down into 1/5 parts. And as mg said even if you dose abit more it wont hurt the tank.
