seachem Flourish Excel Overdose

Five days of 40 gallon w/c daily, water is looking cloudy still but not to bad. Water perimeters are; PH=7.6, NO3=20ppm, NO2=0, NH3=0. The NO3 was actually between 15 and 20ppm. I had to get my blue acara out of the tank and into the QT tank.
All fish still show signs of chemical burns, with the cloudy eyes, spots on the scales, and fins tattered up(no longer clamped up). Everybody seems to be eating and pretty active.
 
Update: Everything in the tank has bounced back pretty well so far. The plants took a little hit but a little trimming helped the recovery. As for the fish almost all the burn marks have cleared up well, eyes have cleared up, and the fins look a lot better.
