Seachem flourish tabs? Anyone use these?

It might look like hard, but one batch is going to last you many years. The flourite product costs $8 per 10, the DIY tabs are about 75-100 per $5 in materials used.

i been thinking about coating them with something to help keep them together for a little longer. maybe just spray them where the bottom doesnt get the coat.... just so i will have more time to put it in the substrate.

i'll never buy root tabs again either. the mixing is not fun... but i almost don't remember it and i still have some left. furthermore, i actually noticed increase health in my plants from adding these. something i've yet to say about over the counter tabs.

I've been using Riiz's DIY root tabs for over a year now. They are great, especially for crypts and swords. Every time I put one of these tabs near my Kleiner bar sword, it grows bigger leaves and flowers. Last time I got three baby plants off of it. It's flowering again in my 55G tank.
