See Yellow: Shrimp for sale

You can find yellow shrimp (perhaps not the exact same species but yellow) on aquabid in the last week for 1/10th of the price here. Some of these things are getting way out of hand in price that it is rediculous.

The shrimp you mention are lime green/light brown with brown ovaria. Look at the pictures.

Why crazy? it is less than what is worth. Is like any rare fish, price is higher than common ones.

those are very rare shrimp. i think their genes are mutated just like the crystal red shrimps. let the guy sell his stuff without ridiculing him

wonderful shrimp. i would love to get some when the price drops. i think its very worth it for shrimp you just cant get.

You do not have to have a license to breed them.
Some more information:

Species: Neocaridina heteropoda var yellow
Ph: 7.0-7.5
Medium soft to medium alkaline water
Max size is around 1.5"
Baby shrimp are small versions of the adults.
Females can have between 20-30 shrimp at the same time.
They breed fairly easy under the right conditions.

Curious, but you seem to have 2 very unique shrimp species to offer, so I was curious if you also provide, or know of a breeder for Amazon Glass Shrimp and the slightly more common Affrican (Vampire) Filter Shrimp?

Ok, i think that through this thread, people have voiced enough comments about price. This is a sale, not a bargain basement auction with people haggling over a price. Please, if you do not like the price that the seller has offered, dont post. If you do post, please keep it courteous and lets have a little respect for other Aquaria Central members please.
