So after spending about $70 more on plants this week, It would seem that I've basically gone planted :)

Originally it was only going to be one or two bunches, but I now have about 12 different varieties of plants, altogether totalling about 70 or so plants.

Now to really figure out how to scape it all.

lol, Im following you. When I first started this hobby I didn't plan on ever having real plants; However, after the first bit of exciment was over I realized that fake plants only goes so far. Since I had tinkered a bit with land plants I decided to go ahead and try this. Since at the time I only had a little lowly java plant and it wasn't doing so hot I decided to go ahead and up the lighting, now I'm going for CO2 and a moss wall. Yikes.

Heh I have gotten most of my plants free through local contacts and swaps with people on the board. The ones I did pay for, my silver dollars all ate. Go figure.

Yeah seems plants are way more expensive thaan the actual fish.....

but back to the OG question....
wait there wasn't a question..

if You want, you can let us know what you want to help us scape...

Yeah, same here. When I first setup my 29 gallon, I didn't plan on having real plants either. Since then I've added a few. It's not heavily planted, but it has a good number of plants.

Now however I'm in the process of setting up a 10 gallon heavily planted. I just got the light strip today, so now I have everything I need except for the plants. Now to decide what to put in it.

bah, when you figure in new filters, lights, substrate, driftwood, and then a new tank because a 55 doesn't give you enough depth to really scape with, thats when going planted really starts to hit home.
