Selling/Trading Plants

I wasn't sure which section to place this post so mods forgive me if the General section isn't appropriate.

I'd like to sell or trade some of my freshwater plants here on AC. I have Guppy grass and a lot of the shorter Vals.

Where do I find out if it is illegal to ship these particular to any particular state?

You can also check the state that you are planning on shipping to when the time comes, but those that you would be shipping too should know what is illegal in their state.
