Setting up a Lake Malawi Tank

So now I am wondering if he is going to send them or what is going on. I had sent him the email Sat...I still have heard nothing back, just sent a new one out tonight so hopefully I'll hear something soon. 
I would keep calling him til you get on his nerves it actually works, they seem to fold a bit when your hitting a nerve or when you become a royal pain in the you know what..

Well, he did send me something finally. He said he ordered the heat packs and is waiting on them to get to him. Then he will send me a email and get them shipped. Although, he did say he had no idea how long the heat packs would take to get to him because the guy sometimes ships regular mail and other times send "media" mail (not sure what that is) but apparently it takes a long time???? Anyway, I will keep ya updated. I am goin a little crazy over here!!!!!!!!!!

Take it in the yard, hose it out. Then when most of it is out flip it back over, use a damp paper towel and dab the sand. It will stick the the paper towels, I got 100% of the sand out of mine that way.... Took about 20 min too......
