Setting up a Lake Malawi Tank

Ok, got it filled and the back ground on. Wasn't able to make it to get the Plants today, but am going to try Monday.

Well, David it will be a couple weeks before I can start adding fish. I need to let the tank cycle a bit. I will only be able to add a few at a time with each pay day ...so I was wondering which should I add first. I was thinking the yellow labs?
I got a couple shots of what my tank will kinda look like with a few of the fish I have decided on....LMAO!

:rofl: I bet those fish are very low maintenance! I like the rock work too, except maybe the small round ones in front look too strategically placed.
 
Yep the fish are low maintenance...another thing can you believe they are VERY non aggressive??? Yeah, the rock in front I was going to move around..wasn't even going to put them in really but my 4yo had picked out at the rock place and when I didn't add them she was very upset with me...so I let her drop em in.

Take the little rocks and a few more little ones, put them in a pile for the females to have a place to "spit". Your 4 year old will think its great because the babies are in those rocks.
