setting up for brigs

This week is supposed to be much, much warmer. I certainly hope it is because I've got 8 snails coming to me via mail! 
All of the pink stuff surrounding the tank is insulation. The tanks out in the rest of the house only have it on the bottom and the back, though. Pink is not the prettiest thing in the world to have around your tanks, but it sure helps! Before I used insulation, one winter i swear a heater was on ALL the time. The tank was relatively close to a big patio door, so that did not help.
I am planning on getting a heater from bigals, because they have a bulb i need too. We have a few financial obligations which will be done within a month, and then that will free up the money to buy a 50 dollar light bulb....:help: what we do for our fish, well in this case, i guess, my plants!
they are handy and sturdy racks... i think after i collect a hopefully sizable amout of cheap tanks at garage sales, i might have to get one or two more of these racks.... I just do not know where to put the racks.... oh, well, fun problem to have.
