Severums in a 55g?

About how many fully grown severums do you guys think will be able to live in a standard 55 gallon tank? I know many people keep two in there but do you think I would be OK with 3?

if they get along well, yes.

Really depends on the sevs. I had three in a 55. One was very aggressive, one was "normal", and one was scared of it's own shadow. I had to move the two more aggressive ones out of there and put them in my 150.

A 75g would be better for even a pair of Severums.

I agree. I have a pair in a 75gal and I wouldn't go any smaller.

I've got three in a 55 but I'm giving two away. They all appear to be males...

Personally, unless they are a pair, I would only do one.
