This is my wild caught queen arabesque. I picked it up probably 2.5 years ago from All Happy along with a couple leopard cactus plecos and an adonis that had all come in together. I couldn't get 'her' to lay flat on the bottom, so.... Let me know if you need more photos.

I am far from an expert, but in trying to breed these myself, yours does look like a female to me. Good luck.

Thanks for the input. I'm actually not trying to breed, but I'm looking to sell and would like to have a fairly good guess on if its male or female before I do. I'd like to see 'her' used in breeding, but have no time to do it myself. If she isn't going to a breeding colony, I'm going to keep 'her' as I'm quite fond of 'her' (always called it a her since its a Queen Arabesque). Since I don't have the time to breed and these little guys are very difficult to get anymore, it seems pointless to have a WC's genetics not included in a breeding group and positively benefiting the hobby overall.

Edit: Mods, this thread is NOT here for a sale. It is here for an ID on the sex only so that I can later make an informed decision on how much I will be asking in a completely different Classifieds thread. Please do not move!!!
