Sex this ram!

Sup guys, got a (German?) blue Ram a month or two ago, and It's only about an inch and a half big or so right now, but I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out if its a male or a female.

Now, It has a pink belly, and a black stripe on its lower fins, which leads me to think its female...

But it has an extremely long (like 2x or 3x) 2nd dorsal fin which leads me to think its male.

What do you think?

I could use a better shot (to see if the belly is pink or not) But black on pelvic fin and blue over black dot leads me to think female. The dorsal fin is a fairly inconsistent indicator of sex.
