If you're really not sure.........the best way to tell is by the shape of the..ummm.....ovipositor/whatever the male's is called....lol...
The female will have a squarish shaped ovipositor.....while the males little...eh....thingy is small and very pointy....
As far as the dorsal and all that........I've never found that to be very dependable in sexing rams. Check out the dorsal in one of the females in that first pic I posted...the female that's behind....
