sexing ottos

one of my ottos has a much wider body than the others in the tank. Could this be a different species? or a Different sex?

Most likely that is a female.

the males are usually thinner, when viewed from the top or bottom.

:iagree: Females are definitely bigger and broader. There are a couple different varieties of otos, is this one colored the same as the others?

yes, I think they have the same markings. Of my 6, 1 has a blod looking face compared to the bron of the others but the fish in question looks like the rest, just bigger/broader.

not that im expecting fry cuz they would be so tiny but i have some fat bellied ones lol
are they the females? :')
