She Clouded Up On Me!

Bump ... anybody?

I guess that anybody will be once again.. I :silly:

Whats your practice in doing a water change? Gravel vac/or just sucking out water?
do you treat your water before you add it to the tank?

(atleast one thing you know for sure is that it will go away within the next few days)

Thanks - your eagerness to assist is noteworthy!

I do the WCs just like I always have (since going planted). I don't gravel vac - just suck the water out. I treat each bucket with declor and also the last bucket or two with the daily ferts. As I said, I have done it just exactly like this for weeks. This week it seems to have problems.

which dechlor do you use??
are you sure the buckets are clean and didnt get contaminated from something?

Flourish, Flourish Excel (I know, just using it up), Iron, Potassium, Phosphorus, and Nitrogen

I may try dosing 3 or 4 hours after the water change as you suggested. I have been following this schedule for weeks with no trouble - that's what has me puzzled.

do you follow some fert schedule??

Normally i dont dose potassium on the same day as N-P

Basically i follow this:

I remember when i just started dosing and dosed all ferts on one day, i did get cloudy water as well. But then mine turned into green water :silly:
