Yeah, it depends on what type of shellie you have though. Some you can mix with some type of "dither" fish, some it's just not a good idea. Ocellatus is one of the more aggressive shellies...right along with the Stappersi. Either one of those would most likely not be a good candidate for a community type aquarium.
