Ok now I need to vent. Yesterday evening I received my second fish order, this one from ****************. Two DOA's. Two of my Blue Dolphin Haps were dead. I believe that 2/3 of the problem is UPS, and 1/3 of the problem is the way **************** packaged my fish. First of all my package went out for delivery yesterday at 7:25 am. I did not receive it until like 6:30 pm. Written in bold letters on the box was "Live Fish, Please expedite delivery, Keep upright, Preferred temperature 70-85F. When the idiot finally arrived at my house with the package he was carrying it up on its side. When I opened the box the heat pack was cold. I was not impressed with the way **************** packaged the fish; they just put the bags in the box and threw a heat pack in there. When I ordered fish from lpears123 off of ebay, they did an excellent packing job. They put the bags in the box, then stuffed the box with newspaper and plastic grocery bags. Then they taped two heat packs to the styrofoam top. It was toasty warm when I got it. I do honestly believe that if that is how **************** packaged my order, my fish would have been alive. My order that I got from lpears123 on ebay was usps 2nd day service, yet I received it sooner than my nexd day ups order. All I can say about this is that lpears123 on ebay does an excellent job packing, and they have great fish. I think **************** has good fish too, but their packing sucks. On final note: What can Brown do for You? They can take your money and kill your fish. Thats what they did for me. :rant:
