shipping plants: how to

I will be shipping some plants within Canada and am wondering the best way to do so. I have breathable bags, not just regular plastic ones.
Should they be wrapped in wet paper towels? or in a small amount of water in the bag and layed rather flat?

wrap in damp paper towels and place in a ziplock, thats it. ship priority 2-3day.
