My application to ship P. bridgesii to Hawaii was denied. Has anyone been able to obtain a permit to ship to Hawaii?

What life stage were you trying to ship? Only adults are allowed, no clutches and no juveniles. There are many members here who have obtained permits for most states, I believe that includes Hawaii. Try posting over in the applesnail.net forums. You may have better luck there.
Shipping livestock to Hawaii is a challenging thing. At present it is very hard to obtain permits as the importation laws, collection, and exporting regulations is going through some big changes in legislation. Hawaii is probably the hardest of all states to do this. You need to contact DLNR and fish and game to get full regulations and practices. This will also help with contacts as Hawaii is a state of "who you know".
