shop lights for a 29g help

Hi guys, I have been searching for some lighting. I currently have a 29g with just javamoss/ water sprite and stuff. It has the "stock light". It's a Power-Glow 20W. I want to give my moss at least 1wpg so at least 30W/40W light. Are there bulbs that I can screw in that have this? Or will I need to pick up some other lights?

I'm not understanding what exactly shop lights are... Thanks

This is a shop light

They are bare bones lighting and reflectors made for the shop but can be used over tanks.
You can also use compact fluorescent bulbs (different types) that screw into existing sockets. If using for planted tank make sure you get the daylight bulbs with 6700K.

Well, 6500k - 10,000k. IMO purpos built bulbs are better.
