Looking at GLASSCAGES.COM, you can see various gallon/dimension combinations. The thing to keep in mind is that the footprint (length times width) is the important figure for cichlids. Also, taller (last dimension) may mean more expensive since you may have to have thicker glass to handle the increased pressure (pressure depends only on height). Maximize the first two dimensions and keep the last dimension around 17-20".
