Will a Bio Wheel Filter help with my tanks ammonia and such during it's cycling? I have one Betta in a 10 gallon.

Unless theres already bacteria on your wheel, no. Bacteria may grow on it but it wont speed up your cycle. IMO its only good because you can change all of the media without looseing a whole lot of bacteria.
