Should I just euthanise him?

He just lays around now and sink to bottom of the tank.... I don't see a miracle happening so maybe I should just euthanise him?

That isn’t a reason to euthanize a fish unless there is something very wrong. What size is the tank, temp, ph and Parameters? How long has he been like this?

He still barely moves, still hiding and swimming shakily and still bloated. Tank size around 30-2L or 40-2L. Ammonia and nitrite are both 0ppm and nitrates are around 1-5ppm. pH is 7.5.

Have you tried doing a water change? Is his scales poking out like a pinecone?

No pineconing, did a water change 18th to remove the medication that possibly harmed him. He is bloated for around a month now despite the lack of pineconing. New thing that has appeared, is the hole in his tail! What do I do with him? I'm pretty worried..

Do another small water change in a day or so and fast him for a few days if he is still eating. Could you post a picture of him?

We have a tenant currently who's in my room with fish tanks, I should be able to post a photo or two.Though I have made couple days ago a photo of him; he's still bloated there and looks like he looks now, but only shaky moves and lays around:

I can’t tell if he is bloated in the picture. Does he still eat? I do know a lot of long fins bettas to lay around cause their fins weigh them down.

He is bloated, I can see it for some reason... He still would eat, but now he's just hiding so I don't know about that.

Try fasting him for a few days and see if that helps with his bloating. He could also be suffering from swim bladder.
