Hello,

My name is Prashanth, am a complete Newbie to SW. Had made a decision to venture to saltwater on a whim, and encourgement by owner of LFS. Had been planning planted discus tank, but again changed my mind. I've been posting on a tread in the "gallery" section... here it is

Am sure I will need all help I can get trying to succeed with this. I'm sure people get into the hobby at different phases of life, and at different levels of experience. It seems like such a leap to add salt .... and lots of it. That's why I took a pic of the salt mix, as mundane of a pic as it is, I am still in awe with the novelty of all of this. Feels like, and surely is a different dimension to fishkeeping. Anyway, Since I have gotten 0 responses at the other location, think it may be better to start a new thread here?

Try putting your post in the newbie section of the marine topics. Your layout looks like it is going to be killer. Any idea when you are going to start addin' some water to that bad boy?

DSR, Reefscape - Thanks for looking. I am very very excited about things taking off real soon. I have someone comming in today to install DFCI outlets to the two outlets that I will be using. Hope to get started/finished? with plumbing on Saturday. I will start a thread in the Newbie section. Thanks Again.
