well just to give you an update i have been back to the shop and he has now said that he will contact his supplier and tell him what has happened and see if he will compensate me, so tommorrow i have to go and get the verdict so keep your fingers crossed. Also the last of my friends tropheus out of the same batch has just given up the ghost.

The shop has turned round and said that they are not going to do anything does anyone know if their is anything i can do about it here in the uk?

don't shop there and spread the word through your friends. if you there is another store who is willing to guarantee their fish and not give you the run around, then support them. if not, try shopping on-line. many on-line suppliers will guarantee.

Yeah, I wouldn't go back there again...and make sure you tell them that.....and that you won't be sending any of your friends there either..
