Show down in the Cichlid Tank

I was telling my mate that I may be getting Pearl Cichlids and asked him
if they would be compatable with my Nics, he said he didn't think
he would chance it and now I see why, Here's what unfolded
in the 100g.

Ps I had a 70g on standby just in case and no fish were injured
in the altercation.



Mrs Nic checks out the Male Pearl...

She dosn't like her space invaded, let battle commence.

They lock in combat as the spectators look on

A quick chase around the tank

One final attack from the side...

And the Pearl gives up, Mr & Mrs Pearl now reside in the 70g
and Mrs Nic is still Queen in the Cichlid tank.
